IMPORTANT INFO FOR STUDENTS GOING TO BAND CAMP

Friday night, July 26th: log in and pay fees <link forthcoming>.  This is when district will roll schedules from summer school to fall.  Families can also pay fees in person with cash or check.

Monday morning, July 29th: bring a hard copy of the medical form <link forthcoming>.  It is two pages – one with personal info, a place to list allergies, and a place to list medications – and one with a place for signatures.

  • Start at the cafeteria (near picnic tables)
  • First stop is schedule pickup
  • Second stop is fee payment
  • Third stop is in the Aux Gym for nurses
  • Fourth stop is photo ID
  • Final stop is the bookstore

Guidance counselors will not be available. Parents may come back later in the week if there is a change request that fits certain criteria (student took a class over summer that affects schedule, student needs a credit for graduation, etc.)
