2023 MARCHING BAND BANQUET TICKETS

- Payment due by Nov. 30.

- Band students are free but MUST RSVP, even if coming alone. 

- Guest tickets are $50 each. Every guest must have a ticket for admission. Credit card purchase adds $3 processing fee. 

- Purchased tickets (wristbands) will be available for pick-up at the 12/5 Band Winter Concert. If you cannot attend, tickets will be given to students. 

TICKET PURCHASE OPTIONS: 

If paying with cash, check or Zelle, ADD $5 for EACH beer/wine you plan to order to your total. This is not mandatory, but will expedite beverage distribution during the banquet. More beverages can be purchased during the event w/cash or credit card.

EXAMPLE: 

Student $0 

Mom and Dad $100 

Sibling $50 

Four glasses of beer/wine $20 

Total: $170 

PAYMENT DUE BY 11/30 VIA:

- Cash or check (to “Chaparral Band Boosters”) to the Booster mailbox in the band room. PUT IN AN ENVELOPE WITH GUESTS’ FIRST AND LAST NAMES LISTED.

-  PayPal or Credit Card ($53 per guest ticket due to processing fee.) 

Cannot buy advance alcoholic beverages via credit card.  

We highly recommend bringing cash for the bar, raffle, and silent auction!
